Compared to the self-service Personal plan (€19), Business adds the governance layer: SSO/SAML, an AVV/DPA, team roles, invoice billing, and German-language support. The €600 covers the software and governance license; application and data operation are selected separately, and fully operated by AI-Flow in the EU starts at €1,300 per month in total.

Model usage
BYOK is included on both plans and model invoices go straight to your provider, at cost. Business can also have AI-Flow supply and bill model access.

Frequently asked questions
What happens after the free month?
Personal continues at €19 per month and can be cancelled at any time. Every feature is unlocked while you test, and nothing is charged during the first month.
What counts as a workflow run?
One run is one execution of a workflow or evaluation. A single run usually contains 5-10 or more actions such as model calls, tool uses, and retrievals, so 10,000 runs is roughly 50,000+ actions.
Do we pay per user on Business?
No. Business is priced per workspace and includes unlimited users. Rolling an assistant out to more employees does not change the subscription as long as usage stays within the selected capacity.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Business is billed annually by invoice with SEPA transfer, no credit card required. An AVV/DPA (Art. 28 GDPR) is part of the contract. All prices are net, excl. VAT.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. Business runs in the hosted EU cloud, with your own database and vector storage, or fully self-hosted in your own environment. Pick the option on the Business pricing page and the price updates immediately.
